We are Hiring: SME Banking Commercial Executive!

Position Objective
- You will be strategically responsible for managing, building loyalty and expanding the company's most important commercial accounts.
-Your focus will be on building long-term relationships with corporate clients, identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts and ensuring maximum client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Management: Act as the primary and trusted point of contact for assigned key clients.
- Business Development: Identify unmet needs of current clients to offer additional solutions (Up-selling and Cross-selling).
- Commercial Strategy: Design and implement personalized account plans to achieve retention and billing objectives.
- Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations, renewals and high-level commercial agreements.
- Analysis and Reports: Monitor the performance indicators (KPIs) of the accounts and present periodic reports of results to management.
- Internal Coordination: Collaborate with the Operations, Product or Finance teams to ensure that promises made to the client are fulfilled in a timely manner.

Requirements:
- Completed or truncated degree in Administration, Business, Marketing, International Relations or related field.
- Minimum experience of 1 to 3 recent years in SMEs.
- Active Portfolio

Key Skills:
- Advanced negotiation and objection handling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication (ability to interact with C-Level levels).
- Strategic focus and orientation to results by objectives (KPIs).
- Advanced management of CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Office packaging.

Hours: Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6:30 pm and one Saturday a month from 9 am to 2 pm
