JOB OPPORTUNITY\nCOMMERCIAL EXECUTIVE MR. (PATAGONIA REGION: Oil and Gas, Energy or Mining)\n Neuquén - Remote - Full Time\n From Zielteck S.A. We are looking for a Senior Commercial Executive (Industries: Oil and Gas, Energy, Mining and/or Industrial Services) to lead commercial development in the Patagonian Region, with a strategic focus on Vaca Muerta and projects linked to the RIGI regime.\nThe position will have the main objective of generating and consolidating new businesses within the Argentine energy ecosystem, developing strategic relationships with operators, contractors and industrial companies, promoting outsourcing solutions, technical staffing and high-value operational services added.\nWe are looking for a senior commercial profile, with a strong capacity for market opening, territorial vision and experience in complex industrial commercial cycles within Oil & Gas, energy and mining environments.\n\n Responsibilities\n Develop active and traceable commercial pipeline in the Patagonia region.\n Identify commercial opportunities in operators, EPCists, contractors and industrial suppliers.\n Develop commercial penetration strategies and territorial expansion.\n Detect opportunities linked to tenders, framework contracts and projects RIGI.\n Generate and develop a client portfolio in Oil & Gas, energy, mining and infrastructure.\nManage medium and high value commercial negotiations.\n Coordinate commercial actions with management and operational areas.\nBuild strategic relationships with HR, Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations and Maintenance leaders.\nParticipate in events, chambers and networking spaces in the energy sector.\nMonitor commercial KPIs, convert opportunities, open accounts and projected billing.\nPromote commercial agreements linked to industrial outsourcing services, technical recruitment, personnel administration and operational solutions.\n\n Requirements\n 10+ years of experience in B2B commercial positions.\nVerifiable experience in commercial development within industrial services, Outsourcing, Technical Staffing and/or Oil & Gas.\nPrevious experience developing businesses in the Patagonian Region and/or Vaca Muerta.\nKnowledge of the Argentine energy ecosystem and projects linked to RIGI.\nKnowledge in bidding processes, industrial contracts and Supply Chain (industrial) will be highly valued.\nActive portfolio of contacts in operators, contractors and companies in the energy sector (Desirable).\nSenior experience in commercial negotiation and opening of strategic accounts.\nAutonomous profile, oriented to results and with strong communication skills and corporate and institutional interpersonal relations.\nExcellent professional presence and strategic commercial vision.\nAdaptability to high-end industrial environments requirement.\n\nConditions\nHiring: Monotribute or Dependency Relationship.\nLocation: Neuquén.
