Job Description
Minimum 1 year of experience in the marketing of products and/or solutions for the field of construction, furniture and/or architecture, Retail, Hardware stores.
Minimum 1 year of experience in export sales of products.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients. Negotiate and close agreements, create and execute sales strategies. Analyze markets to identify opportunities.
Manage and track sales to achieve profitability and growth objectives. Carry out detailed monitoring of all the processes of the value chain from the generation of the purchase order, the preparation of the order, the shipment, the receipt of the order by the customer, the post-sale in relation to guarantees, the level of customer satisfaction until going to the repurchase, thus guaranteeing the best purchasing experience and customer loyalty.
Master the particularities of the regional market. Constantly evaluate market trends and competition to adjust business strategies.
Continuously monitor the status of the product in the market, evaluating its performance and looking for opportunities to improve its positioning and customer preference. Carry out training for the sales structure of clients and potential clients. Guarantee brand presence according to company standards.
