Job Description
An important technological solutions company is looking for a hybrid profile for its General Management area in Providencia. This position offers a clear career plan, starting with administrative support to quickly evolve towards direct customer management and consultative sales.
Main Functions:
- Manage business opportunities in CRM (registration, quotes, tracking).
- Coordinate meetings with prospects and clients.
- Prepare presentations, reports and basic commercial documents.
- Refer customer requirements to the corresponding areas.
- Learn the company's services, methodologies and commercial approach.
- Contact prospects to raise needs and generate trust.
- Present services in a consultative manner, adapting the message to the client.
- Support in tenders, complex quotes and key meetings.
- Lead sales processes: diagnosis, proposal, negotiation and closing.
- Carry out post-sales monitoring and detect loyalty opportunities.
Requirements:
- Technician or Professional in computer, Administration, Commercial, industrial or similar areas.
- Minimum 1 year in similar commercial support or B2B sales positions.
- Intermediate knowledge of CRM platforms (Hubspot, Zoho, Salesforce or similar)
- Experience in ERP software (Softland, Nubox or similar).
- Intermediate English - Advanced (B1 – B2)
Conditions:

Mode: Remote
Hours: Monday to Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Contract: Fixed term, with the possibility of internalization and growth depending on performance.
