Job Description

Customer management via WhatsApp and Instagram (Community & CRM)
Respond quickly, professionally and empathetically to all incoming messages on WhatsApp Business, Instagram and Tiktok.

Carry out a first diagnosis of needs and offer the appropriate service (psychology, psychiatry, nutrition, cell regeneration, serum therapy, coaching, etc.).

Actively follow up with clients: confirm appointments 24 hours before and on the same day in the morning, reactivate processes and ensure a fluid experience.

Communicate promotions, monthly campaigns and new center services.

Handle objections clearly and guide the client to the most effective solution.

Update databases, patient profiles and their history in CRM.

Refer emergencies or relevant cases following internal protocols.

Monitor registration processes for programs, packages and memberships.

Schedule, modify and confirm appointments guaranteeing an organized operation.

Implement strategies to increase retention and reduce cancellations.

Administration and reports
Prepare weekly reports on leads, conversions, most frequently asked questions and CRM metrics.

Participate in weekly meetings with management and operations.

Maintain internal organization in digital tools (CRM, WhatsApp Business, Google Drive, Tiktok).
