Job Description

An important company is looking for a Customer Service Executive, who has at least 1 year of experience in telephone customer service, with excellent communication and service orientation. Must be a professional or student in the seventh semester onwards in Business Administration, Business, Industrial Engineering, Communication or related careers.\n Salary: $2,800,000 + connectivity assistance\n Work modality: Teleworking, with availability to attend in person when required.\n Hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.\n Contract: For work or work\n Functions of the position\n Attend to and manage news from the sales force (zone and regional managers).\n Provide support through email, chats and calls.\n Provide timely solutions to the requests and requirements of the sales team.\n\n Academic requirements\nprofessional or student from the seventh semester onwards in Business Administration, Business, Industrial Engineering, Communication or careers related.\n Basic use of Excel.\n Experience\n 1 year of experience in customer service by telephone, email and chat.\n Assertive communication skills and service orientation.\n\n\n If you meet the profile, apply your resume and be part of our team.",
