Job Description

An important HR company is looking for a customer service executive in the area of telephone collections in Teleworking mode for its client in the water sector \nFunctions:\nMake outgoing calls to clients with debt on drinking water accounts, through calling software.\nInform the account status and available payment alternatives.\nNegotiate payment commitments and payment agreements.\nRecord procedures, agreements and commitments in the client's system, according to established protocol.\nCoordinate, when appropriate, the referral to other areas for complementary actions (supply cutoff, field management, among others).\nMeet daily and monthly debt recovery goals.\nApply the procedures defined by the client and current regulations.\nMaintain respectful, empathetic communication oriented to the resolution of the client's problem.\nRequirements:\nComplete secondary education.\nTechnical studies in administration, finance or related areas.\nMinimum experience of 1 year in telephone collection or customer service.\nDesirable experience in basic services companies (water, electricity, gas, telecommunications).\nManagement of basic computer tools\nWorking hours:\nMonday to Friday from 08:30 to 18:00 hrs.\n60 minutes of lunch.\nEmployment contract: 30, 60 and indefinite depending performance",
