We are looking for a Telephone Collections Executive in Teleworking Mode!\nImportant company in the health sector requires a Telephone Collections Executive, in charge of managing contact with clients with debt in drinking water supply, providing clear information, negotiating payment commitments and recording the procedures carried out.\n Main functions:\n Make calls to clients with debt using management software.\n Report account status and payment alternatives.\n Negotiate commitments and payment agreements.\n Record procedures in the system.\n Meet debt recovery goals.\n Refer cases to other areas when appropriate.\n Requirements:\n Completed secondary education (technical studies desirable).\n At least 1 year of experience in telephone collection or customer service.\n Basic use of computer tools.\n Customer orientation, negotiation skills and teamwork.\n Hours: Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 18:00 hrs.
