B2B Business Development Executive | Consulting Sales | Open English\n Are you passionate about consultative sales and generating new business?\n At Open English we are looking for a strategic, proactive and results-oriented profile to join our team as a Business Development Executive in the corporate segment.\n What will your mission be?\n You will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle in your territory, from cold prospecting to closing deals, developing solid relationships with corporate clients and positioning our portfolio in the market.\n Main functions:\nGenerate new business opportunities in the assigned market.\nExecute commercial strategies to meet goals.\nPerform cold prospecting (calls, email, LinkedIn, etc.).\nPresent and demonstrate the product portfolio to potential clients.\nManage the complete sales cycle (end to end).\nDevelop and strengthen business relationships with corporate clients.\nAnalyze the market and detect new growth opportunities.\n Requirements:\nProfessional or with higher education completed.\nMinimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or corporate account management\n (Profiles from 1 year and 6 months will be considered).\nExperience in cold prospecting from scratch.\nHunter profile (generation of own business).\nManagement of digital tools (Zoom, Teams, Meet).\nExperience with CRM.\nMastery of MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).\nExcellent communication and focus skills consultative.\n Desirable:\nExperience with Salesforce.\nUse of tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo or others.\n Key competencies:\nEffective communication\nAnalytical thinking\nAchievement orientation\nSelf-management\nTeamwork\nOrganization and planning\nInitiative\n Working conditions:\nSalary: $4,315,584\nContract: Indefinite (with a 2-month period of test)\nSchedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.\n Benefits:\n $200,000 per month (internet and energy)\n $85,000 telephone assistance\n Mobility support (according to agreements)\n Open English license + 30% discount for family members\n OSH responsibilities:\nComply with Occupational Health and Safety regulations.\nParticipate in training, drills and activities preventive.\nReport risks and contribute to a safe work environment.\nIf you have a commercial, strategic profile and are passionate about closing deals, this opportunity is for you.
