We are looking for enthusiastic people who are motivated by challenges, learning and exploring beyond what is imaginable, to perform as
Customer Success Specialist
in our team
Commercial in Chile.
Some functions are:
Respond to customer requests, expressed as problems, doubts or requirements.
Advise clients on their logistics based on their business strategies.
Make in-person visits to the offices of clients in your portfolio.
Identify, propose and build customer loyalty, through the development of new products and services, achieving continuous improvement in the platform.
Manage the complete client integration and training process, ensuring a smooth and successful transition.
Search or generate strategies that ensure Cross Selling.
Position requirements 馃搵
Complete Higher Education (Commercial Engineering or related).
2 years as Customer Success or customer-facing strategic areas.
1 year experience in e-Commerce area.
Desirable:
Experience in Software as a Service (SaaS).
Knowledge of API, webhook, CMS, ERP, Hubspot or other CRM.
Knowledge in Looker studio
Knowledge of Business Intelligence or similar programs.
