AIR OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE/Night/5803
Work area: Anywhere in the republic
Education: Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, International Business or similar 100% credits
ESSENTIAL: Languages: Advanced oral and written English.
4 years of recent and stable experience in Transportation Logistics (forwarders, shipping companies and/or transporters)
Experience in the automotive industry/having already managed Automotive accounts
under the concept of critics
Knowledge:
\ INCOTERMS
\ Certification in Handling of Dangerous Cargoes.
\ Certification in General Cargo.
\ Experience modes of transportation: Air (general cargo,
\ dangerous cargo, oversized, Reefer, Perishable.
\ Knowledge of airports and main air routes globally.
\ General knowledge of the Import Customs Clearance process and
\ Export through air customs.
\ Microsoft office Intermediate.
\ Knowledge in CW
Job Responsibilities
\ Coordinate and execute air export and import shipments according to the assigned INCOTERM and the corresponding regulation, through the
\ procedures and objectives of the company for compliance with the
\ customer and business needs.
\ Management indicators: Operational execution (coordination of shipments,
\ OPS audit by traffic), productivity (number of monthly operations),
\ KPIS compliance, agent satisfaction. Verifiable references, have payroll receipts and papers in order to be able to enter immediately
MODALITY: 100% remote work
SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY THAT HAS AVAILABILITY ON WEEKENDS IF NECESSARY, that is, your week can start on Wednesday or it can start on Monday, we are really looking for someone with availability at night. The tentative evening hours are from 11pm to 7am to be defined.
We offer a salary of $35,000 to $40,000 gross per month + superior legal benefits + direct contract with the company
