Job Description

At Manpower we are looking for a Monitoring Executive, with the objective of ensuring the timely completion of the work assigned to Field Operators.

Main functions:
• Carry out daily monitoring of the work assigned to operators, ensuring compliance with the established planning.
• Monitor the progress of ongoing works and services, detecting deviations and managing timely solutions.
• Coordinate and monitor the daily programming defined by the operations area or coordinator.
• Keep the database and management records updated.
• Refer and manage cases to ensure efficient and timely care.
• Maintain constant communication with operators and internal areas.
• Propose improvements in processes to optimize the operation.

Requirements:
• Experience in operations monitoring, coordination or control positions.
• Intermediate level command of Excel.
• Organization, monitoring and control skills.
• Good communication and management skills.
• Desirable experience in areas of installations, works or technical services.

Working conditions:
Day: 5X2 Monday to Friday.
Hours: 08:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Net income: 800,000
