Job Description

An important intelligent technological solutions company is looking for a Configuration Support Executive to join its team under a teleworking modality, managing databases and specialized reports during a replacement period.

Main Functions:

- Generate and modify specialized reports using Crystal Reports
- Perform database queries and management using SQL
- Execute technical configurations and adjustments based on programming notions to ensure the operation of the systems.
- Support technical requirements of the commercial area and manage information on CRM platforms.
- Run security updates and software patches to ensure the stability of computer systems.

Requirements:
- Technical or professional degree in areas of IT, Administration or Accounting.
- Mastery of SQL and Crystal Reports.
- Know programming to understand and operate the logic of the systems
- At least 1 year in technical support, configuration or specialized commercial support positions.

Conditions:
Mode: Remote
Contract: Replacement for 3 months (Medical Leave).
Schedule: Rotating shift 5x2 or 6x1 Monday to Saturday (44 hours per week)
- Shift 1: 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
- Shift 2: 9:00 A 7:00 p.m.
- Shift 3: 10:00 TO 20:00
(In case of 5X2, 1 day with 1 hour less. In case of 6X1 there are two half days (4 hours less in each one))
- Liquid income claims.
