Job Description

We are looking for a high-performance commercial profile (Hunter) with experience in B2B consultative sales within the financial sector, focused on the development and placement of financial solutions for SMEs.



This position is not operational execution: it is aimed at professionals who generate their own pipeline, understand the client's business and design strategic capital solutions to drive their growth.



Responsibilities

Prospect and generate new business opportunities (LinkedIn, networks, AI, referrals and field)
Manage and develop own portfolio of SME clients (current)
Place financial solutions (lines of credit, cards, payments) under a consultative approach
Meet monthly placement goals (minimum $1,600,000 MXN)
Carry out commercial monitoring from start to finish
Maintain control and update of pipeline in CRM
Make visits to clients when necessary


Requirements

+4 years of experience in B2B consultative sales
Verifiable experience in SME loans or business financial products
Have an active and recent portfolio of business clients
100% Hunter profile (constant prospecting, not dependent on leads)
Experience in the financial sector (fintech, banking, SOFOM, etc.)
Negotiation skills with decision makers (owners, managers)
High results orientation and fulfillment of aggressive goals
Management of digital tools (LinkedIn, CRM, AI)


We offer

Base salary: $28,000 gross per month
Uncapped commissions (average income between $100,000 and $120,000 per month meeting objectives)
Quarterly bonus

Vacation: 12 legal days plus 7 additional days

Working conditions

Mode: 100% remote
Hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
