SDR Commercial – LATAM Market Opening
We are looking for a SDR Sales Representative for a stable and expanding project. Your main function will be to manage qualified leads (not cold prospecting), carry out consultative sales, advise potential students and ensure consistent follow-up to maximize conversion in LATAM.
Mode: 100% remote
Peru schedule: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (L–F)
Responsibilities
Manage commercial conversations via WhatsApp.
Make counseling calls and video calls.
Present training programs in a consultative manner.
Record information and feedback in the database.
Carry out strategized follow-up to convert assigned leads.
Requirements
3–4 years of telephone or commercial sales experience.
Desirable experience in the training/educational sector.
Fluent management of digital tools: Hotmart, Google Suite, Excel, WhatsApp Web and CRM.
High organization, autonomy and focus on results.
Excellent communication in Spanish; English valuable.
Good presence and professionalism in video calls.
