Responsibilities
•\ Prospecting and lead generation: Identify and qualify potential clients in the B2B segment through research, networking and contact strategies.
•\ Needs analysis: Understand the client's challenges and objectives to offer personalized solutions that add value.
•\ Proposal design: Collaborate with the operations team to create proposals tailored to each client.
•\ Sales cycle management: Present solutions, negotiate terms and close contracts.
•\ Long-term relationship: Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients to encourage recurrence and recommendations.
•\ Reporting and monitoring: Document progress in CRM and report performance metrics.
Requirements
•\ Proven experience in B2B sales (preferably in professional services, consulting or technology).
•\ Basic knowledge of project management and methodologies (PMI, Agile, etc.).
•\ Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
•\ Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.
