Are you an expert in cold sales and looking for the freedom of working from home earning in dollars? This is your chance! We are looking for Bilingual Advisors with a commercial profile to schedule international residential maintenance appointments.

Your main activities:

* Make cold calls to prospect clients.
* Schedule appointments for home maintenance services.
* Follow-up of prospects to close contracts.

What do we offer you?
*Base salary of $864 USD per month (Biweekly payment). ($16,000 MXN)
* Commissions NOT capped:
- $15 USD for each scheduled appointment.
- $350 USD for each contract closing.
* Modality: 100% Home Office (Work from the comfort of your home).
* Fixed Rest: Saturdays free for your personal balance.

Requirements:
* Advanced English (C1): Oral and written fluency essential.
* Experience: Minimum one year in Call Center and cold sales (Cold calling).
* Education: Completed secondary school.
* Own equipment: Have a PC/Laptop and stable internet connection (Ethernet wired connection

Schedule:
* Monday to Thursday: 10:00 am to 8:00 pm.
* Friday: 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
* Sunday: 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
