innova contact center is looking for sales executives with experience in contact centers, for the marketing of outpatient insurance with dental benefit and dental assistance, products supported by vida Cámara and redsalud and Integramedica.

main functions
• telephone sales of insurance and dental assistance
• presentation and commercial advice of products to potential clients
• reading of contract, validation and formal closing of sales
• record of procedures on internal platform
• compliance with monthly goals according to commission brackets

requirements
• experience in telephone sales or contact center (desirable in insurance or health)
• verbal communication skills and results orientation
• basic management of digital tools and management platforms
• stable internet connection and adequate space for remote work
• availability to work from Monday to Friday
• experience in closing sales and meeting commercial goals (desirable)
