Company dedicated to the commercialization of technological solutions (software and hardware).\nWe have more than 2,000 active clients, a multi-brand portfolio and a solid growth projection at the national level.\n Location and Modality\nBase city: Cali\nModality: Teleworking the company provides everything necessary to carry out the work\n Your Role\nAs a Commercial Advisor, you will be responsible for driving business growth through the B2B sale of technological solutions, especially to clients in the BPO sector.\n Your Main Challenges\nManage B2B sales to companies in the BPO sector \nPerform cold sales and telemarketing, with an average of 60 to 80 calls \nProspect, negotiate and close business opportunities.\nManage and retain the assigned client portfolio.\nProvide technical advice on technological solutions.\nRecord and track all procedures in the CRM.\nTrack up to orders and after-sales processes.\nMeet commercial goals and performance indicators.\nKeep up to date on technological trends and consultative sales.\n What are we looking for?\n Experience\nMinimum 1 year in similar commercial positions.\nExperience in the technological sector (essential).\nTechnical support or IT profiles with a commercial focus are valued.\n Training\nTechnologist or professional in Systems, Technology or related areas.\nOther careers with experience are accepted. proven in IT.\n Key Competencies\nHigh commercial and negotiation skills.\nProactivity and initiative.\nSelf-management and discipline.\nCustomer and results orientation.\nAbility to learn and adaptability.\nWorking Conditions\nSchedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.\nTeleworking, with a computer, monitor and adequate space to work.\nStable connectivity and good communication skills.\nWhat do we offer?\nBase salary: $2,500,000\nConnectivity assistance\nCommissions without ceiling (average over $2,000,000).\nMonthly income of up to $7,000,000, depending on performance.\nBonus permanence: $4,500,000.\nMonthly payment in arrears.\nIndefinite contract and job stability directly with the client company",
