At Bodegas Alianza, a leading wine and spirits company in Mexico, we are looking for our next Gran Mayoreo Cancún Sales Executive.\nWe are looking for people with energy, commercial focus and strategic vision, who know how to build solid relationships with clients, negotiate with impact and grow key accounts.\nIf you have experience in sales in the retail, mass consumption or beverage sector, this is your opportunity to be part of a dynamic team with great challenges!\nArea to work: Cancún and surroundings.\nFunctions:\nSearch and attract new clients in the assigned area that align with the company's commercial strategy, analyzing their needs and a differential proposal to the competition to build loyalty to the brand, providing personalized attention.\nGenerate a visit plan and appointment schedule for prospects and clients on a weekly basis according to their needs and deliver to the immediate boss.\nMake commercial presentations to promote, position and increase sales of the company's products through commercial negotiations that They contribute to the fulfillment of the growth objective established by the Sales Subdirectorate.\nFormalize commercial relationships by managing the registration of new clients in accordance with the requirements established by the internal control area.\nEstablish negotiations with clients, related to the assignment of price lists, discounts and commercial conditions in general, considering the criteria pre-established by the channel management and sales subdirectorate.\nMonitor market trends and the competition of the area assigned to propose adjustments to strategies and maintain a competitive advantage.\nRequest quotes, follow up on the collection of customer orders until their delivery, ensuring excellence in service and monitor collections in order to maintain profitable business relationships.\nImplement promotions and activation strategies to boost channel sales in the assigned area.\nProvide support and resolve customer problems in relation to products, prices or deliveries.\nRequirements:\nAge: 22 years in forward.\nSchooling: Completed High School / Truncated Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales or similar desirable.\nExperience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in sales in hotels and restaurants, sectors such as alcoholic beverages and food essential\nExperience in dealing with business clients.\nFacility with words, negotiation, work for objectives and sales skills.\nManagement of computer equipment and basic level office parcel delivery.\nLiving in Tijuana\nWe offer:\nGross monthly salary $16,000 - $18,000 (based on experience)\nMonthly sales target bonus of $10,000.\nTransportation Support $4,000 monthly\nBiweekly payment, via BBVA payroll.\nSchedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.\nWork Center: 100% Cancún countryside\nDirect Hiring by the Company.\nBenefits by law:\nSocial Insurance\nInfonavit\nAffiliation to FONACOT\nVacation\nPayment of vacation bonus (7 days)\nBonus bonus\nAdditional Benefits:\nAward for permanence\nOpportunity to complete studies\nSupport for funeral expenses (Family Direct)\nAdvice and Support for timely Planning and Strategies for IMSS Pension",
