We are hiring: Sales Executive (Ornamental Plants)\nJob objective:\nDevelop and execute the commercial strategy to increase plant sales in the Latin American market and in the local market of Guatemala, consolidating long-term relationships with key clients and generating new business opportunities. \nResponsibilities: \nManagement and growth of key accounts \nProspecting for new clients in Latin America and Guatemala. \nNegotiation of annual plant programs and their commercial conditions focused on (large nurseries that work with annual plant programs, requiring semi-induced or finished plants)\nCoordination with production and logistics to ensure compliance with delivery times and quality. \nRequirements: \nAdvanced studies or Bachelor's degree in administration, business, engineering.\n3 years of experience in international or local sales (ideal in agricultural or perishable products), customer acquisition, market opening and product placement. \nIntermediate/advanced English. \nNegotiation skills, results orientation\nAvailability to travel inside and outside of Guatemala 70% of the time (Latin America and Central America)\nHave a valid passport and American or Mexican visa",
