At Dynamic Devs we are looking for a
Demand Generation Executive
to join the Growth & Sales team. This role requires at least 1 year of experience in similar positions and residence in Santiago, Chile. The main objective of the position is to attract and convert potential clients, excelling in active prospecting through cold calling. In addition, you will collaborate in the organization of marketing activities and in demand generation.

Responsibilities
✅ Carry out active prospecting through cold calls to generate business opportunities and schedule meetings with the sales team, ensuring direct and effective contact with prospects.
✅ Qualify prospects by analyzing their needs and level of interest, to identify business opportunities and optimize commercial efforts.
✅ Manage leads in the CRM, maintaining an organized and updated database, facilitating the monitoring and conversion of potential clients.
✅ Implement and collaborate on multi-channel campaigns, using calls, emails, social networks and digital content, with the purpose of attracting and nurturing prospects effectively.
✅ Monitor campaign performance, analyzing key metrics and optimizing strategies, in order to maximize return on investment and improve the impact of initiatives.
✅ Investigate the market to identify trends, new prospects and strategic sectors, providing key information for making business decisions.
Support functions:
✅ Collaborate with the Growth and Sales teams to align strategies and optimize demand generation flows, ensuring efficient execution of commercial initiatives.
✅ Ensure the quality of the leads generated together with the Revenue team, aligning them with sales objectives and improving the effectiveness of the commercial process.
✅ Coordinate marketing campaigns, such as webinars, events and email marketing shipments, contributing to the attraction and nutrition of prospects.
✅ Stay updated on trends and best practices in marketing and demand generation, to apply innovative and competitive strategies that strengthen customer acquisition.

Technical Requirements
- Experience in customer service, sales or similar roles (ideally in technology or software).
- Experience in actively prospecting candidates, through cold calls and generating business opportunities and also scheduling meetings with the sales team.
- High oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle objections and generate interest in prospects.
- Ability to organize and efficiently manage your time.

📍 Location: Metropolitan region (remote and in-person with clients, events, etc.).

- Desirable: basic knowledge of CRM tools.
- Desirable: Experience in digital marketing.
