Mortgage Collection and Real Estate Sales Executive – Cancún

Remote mode | Cancun, Quintana Roo

• Carry out extrajudicial mortgage collection management.
• Negotiate payment agreements with borrowers.
• Make home visits and monitor assigned portfolio.
• Prepare reports and photographic evidence of mortgage guarantees.
• Promote the marketing of foreclosed properties and transfers of litigated rights.
• Follow up on negotiations and recovery opportunities.

Requirements:

• Minimum experience of 2 years in mortgage collections, home collections, portfolio recovery or real estate sales.
• Negotiation skills and results orientation.
• Own car essential.
• Availability to carry out field work.
• Basic use of digital tools.
