Job Description:

As Customer Service Representative LATAM, you will be responsible for managing the quote, order and order process in ERP with precision, ensuring correct technical solutions and agile response times.

You will coordinate with clients, distributors and internal areas, contributing to the growth of the spare parts business through upselling and cross-selling.

Main responsibilities:

Process quotes and purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in ERP.
Confirm commercial conditions and order tracking with clients.
Coordinate with Finance, Purchasing, Production and Logistics for availability and dispatch of spare parts.
Actively track quotes to maximize conversions.
Identify part numbers autonomously using manuals and technical catalogs.
Maintain periodic order status reports for customers and distributors.

Requirements:

More senior / specialized profile, high technical autonomy: identifies Part Numbers, without role support with direct commercial impact via upselling and cross-selling, the value is in knowing how to sell spare parts correctly, you must look for verifiable expertise, so you must have mechanical or electromechanical studies, but be related to administrative work.

Training: mechanical or electromechanical (Exclusive)
Work modality: In-person
2 to 5 years of experience in internal sales or customer service of spare parts for heavy machinery, mining or construction.
Experience in autonomous identification of part numbers and management of urgent requests.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint and ERP (Epicor, SAP or others).
Intermediate English (technical reading/writing required; conversation 50%).

Conditions of the position:

Net salary: $1,800,000
Type of working day: Monthly, 42 hours per week

Hours: Monday to Thursday: 08:40 to 18:00-Friday: 08:40 to 17:30
Snack time: 1 hour
Modality: In-person
Contract duration: Replacement of medical license for 2 months
