Investigate needs. Maintain a fluid conversation and actively listen to the Client to achieve the necessary sales goal.\n \nWE OFFER\n \n SCHEDULE: Full Time (40 hours per week) at fixed hours from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. or from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Compliance with monthly goals + additional incentives per Sponsor.\n Net income approx. to receive between $540,000 and $1,100,000 depending on current sales flow in the campaigns.\n Training focused on product and management platform.\n Constant feedback and coaching.\n Job Stability\n 100% online work - remote (Teleworking)\n \nREQUIREMENTS\n \n Experience in telephone sales of insurance and/or intangibles.\n Experience in call center\n Experience in call center sales\n Minimum experience of 6 months in similar positions\n \nSKILLS AND COMPETENCES\n \n Good communication, excellent diction and verbal fluency.\n Argumentation skills\n Orientation to achieve goals\n Responsibility and commitment\n Participate in Induction and training\n \nTECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS\n \n Windows: 7, 8,10 64-bit\n Memory: 4 GB of RAM\n Headphones: Call center headband, USB headphones or hands-free cell phone.\nHome Internet with +30MB minimum speed.
