At TeamWork we are looking for a Customer Service Executive for an important company in the mining sector, located in the commune of Huechuraba.\nMain functions:\nCustomer Service: Provide assistance and resolve customer queries about products, services and orders through different digital channels.\nSales Management: Facilitate contacts with the sales force to generate the sale and/or rental of machinery, equipment, for spare parts and maintenance services, offering information, fast and agile attention, ensuring that customers receive timely attention.\nComplaint Management: Handle complaints and complaints effectively, seeking solutions that satisfy the customer.\nInformation Update: Create, update and delete customer records, contacts and relevant information in the management system, through SAP ECC and CRM or other extra platforms, ensuring the completeness, validity of the information and generate activation processes.\nCustomer training: Explains use of the digital platforms.\nCustomer Feedback: Collect feedback from clients to improve processes and services.\nOutbound Calls: Generate contact with our clients through multiple campaigns.\nRequirements to apply: \nComplete secondary education and/or higher level technician.\nPrevious experience in the position.\nResidence in the Metropolitan Region.\nHealth compatible with the position.\nAvailability to work in a shift system rotating.\nWorking conditions:\nWorking day in shift systems, 100% teleworking. \nShift 1: Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:30 with 60 minutes of snack.\nShift 2: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00 with 60 minutes of snack.\nSHIFT 3: Monday to Thursday 08:30 to 17:00 / Friday 08:30 to 15:00 with 60 minutes of snack and Saturday 08:30 to 13:00 without snack.\nWorkplace: Remote\nNet income: $600,000\nContract: Initial 2-month contract, renewal for 2 months, extension possibilities depending on performance, through TeamWork.",
