Job Description
We are looking for a person with experience in customer service and after-sales management, with a strong service orientation and the ability to work in an organized and autonomous manner in a 100% remote environment. The role is key to ensuring timely communication with customers, managing commercial information and guaranteeing a quality after-sales experience.
Main functions
Manage Back Order and unreported Back Order notifications daily, recording each case in the ERP.
Follow up on pending purchase orders, ensuring that they do not exceed 10 days.
Respond to telephone inquiries, taking care of customer satisfaction, measured through an annual survey.
Contact all customers affected by changes in delivery dates, carrying out timely and empathetic management.
Maintain records of calls, emails and activities in the ERP system.
Ensure compliance with metrics associated with satisfaction and management times.
Requirements
Complete secondary education; medium or higher level technician desirable.
At least 1 year in similar positions.
Management of customer service tools and use of ERP (desirable).
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Ability to work under pressure, planning, organization and proactivity.
Conditions of the position
Modality: 100% Home Office.
Schedule: Monday to Thursday 08:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. / Friday 08:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (40 min. snack).",
