Call Center Executive 30 hrs Teleworking
Location: Llanquihue / Puerto Varas
Modality: 100% Teleworking
Objective:
Respond to and manage customer queries via telephone or digital, providing a cordial and efficient service remotely.
Main Functions:
Answering incoming/outgoing calls.
Registration of procedures in the system.
Delivery of information and basic resolution of requirements.
Compliance with care and quality goals.
Requirements:
Complete secondary education.
Experience in customer service or call center (desirable).
Basic use of digital tools.
Stable Internet connection.
Residence in Llanquihue or Puerto Varas.
