BancoEstado Contact Center is looking for the best Customer Service Telephone Executives to work in a 100% teleworking modality.

Features:
- Assist and provide excellent and quality service to our BancoEstado clients.
- Deliver immediate solutions with clear and precise information to BancoEstado clients.
- Attend and manage the needs of each request, call answered or generated.
- Duly comply with quality care protocols for our clients.
- Ensure the quality of care and satisfaction of our clients.
What do you need to apply?
- Motivation and affinity towards work in people care
- Immediate availability to participate in Training
- Availability to adapt to rotating shifts
- Minimum 6 months of work experience in Customer Service
- Have a personal computer or notebook with Windows 10 and 4 GB RAM.
- Stable internet connection
Hours:
- Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday 5x2
- Working hours 40 and 25 hours per week
- Designated weekly shifts
- 100% teleworking modality
- FIXED term contract
