A company in the Educational sector is looking for a Commercial Executive in the city of Bogotá, who will be in charge of managing the commercial cycle to attract, negotiate and close clients interested in courses and training programs aimed at professionals and companies in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) sector, ensuring compliance with sales, conversion and growth goals of the commercial pipeline.\nResponsibilities: \nIdentify potential clients (people and companies) aligned with the courses.\nActively prospect. through digital channels (LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, calls, referrals, alliances).\nManagement of the sales process\nMake demos/commercial presentations (virtual) of programs, calendars, benefits and differentiators. \nSystematically follow up on leads and opportunities. \nClosing and compliance.\nImprove conversion, average ticket and repurchase indicators. \nEvents and networking \nAccompany in-person events (conferences, fairs, networking) when required. \nSupport activities to attract new clients and strategic alliances. \nReport weekly: pipeline, conversion, forecast and closures. \nPropose improvements in scripts, commercial messages and acquisition strategy. \nRequirements:\nAcademic training: Technician/Technologist/Professional in areas such as: Administration, Marketing, Communication, Engineering, Architecture or similar. \nDesirable: training or affinity with the AEC sector or education/training.\nExperience: Minimum 2 years in consultative sales of intangibles (ideal: education, courses, software, professional services). Experience in business closing with hot and cold leads.\nWe offer you:\nRenewable fixed contract, direct with the company \nSchedules from Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm\nSalary: $2,500,000 basic + Food bonus $400,000 + Average monthly commissions (without ceiling): $3,000,000 (variable by results) \nPrepaid medicine\nModality: 100% remote (with eventual availability for in-person events)",
