Role objective:
Convert leads into active subscriptions and generate new business opportunities, directly contributing to the growth of a comprehensive management software company.
We are looking for a profile with experience in B2B sales, eager to build, propose and execute improvements.
Responsibilities
1. Inbound lead management (Inbound):
- Contact leads from campaigns, networks and referrals
- Rate opportunities
- Perform commercial demos for high value clients
- Follow up until closing
- Optimize trial/subscription conversion rate
2. Active prospecting (Outbound):
- Identify new segments and opportunities
- Contact potential clients cold (WhatsApp, calls, email, Linkedin)
- Generate business meetings
- Build and maintain active pipeline
3. Conversion and closure:
- Detect frequent objections and improve commercial speech
- Propose adjustments in the sales process
- Increase closing rate
4. Management and analysis:
- Load and update information in internal tool
- Analyze business metrics
Profile we are looking for
- Previous experience in B2B sales (ideally technology or software) and making commercial calls and demos
- Analytical and results-oriented profile
- Proactivity and autonomy
- Monitoring and organization capacity
