About the position

At Adecco we are looking for SME Executives with commercial experience in the financial sector for an important company specialized in financial solutions for small and medium-sized businesses.

Commercial profiles with experience in SME credit, credit placement, portfolio development, prospecting and market opening, with a strong orientation to results.

Main responsibilities

-Prospect new SME clients.
-Identify and generate business opportunities.
-Place simple credit for SMEs.
-Develop and maintain a client portfolio.
-Manage pipeline and commercial monitoring.
-Carry out consultative sales of financial products.
-Detect business financing needs.
-Meet business objectives and goals.
-Maintain and grow an active portfolio.
-Generate long-term business relationships.

Essential requirements

-2 years of verifiable experience in SME credit placement.
-Experience in simple credit for SMEs.
-Commercial experience in banking, finance, fintech or financial brokers specialized in SMEs.
-Experience in prospecting and market opening.
-Commercial profile and results orientation.
-Experience working with variable goals and schemes.
-Own portfolio greater than 2 million pesos.
-Minimum 1 year of job stability in current or recent employment.
-High capacity for prospecting and business generation.
-Resilience and ability to work under pressure.
-Credit bureau without delays greater than 90 days.
-Experience must be related to financial products and SME credit placement. Profiles whose commercial experience is exclusively from other sectors will not be considered.
