Job Description

An important holding company in the Metropolitan Region requires a contact center executive to contact the company's clients for discounts acquired by being a member of the benefits club.

Features
-Make a call to the assigned client portfolio, offering discounts and benefits for being part of the club.
-Be able to guide and deliver information regarding the club.
-Support in the continuity of treatment by making reminders, providing information on alliances, pharmaceutical chains where you can find the medicine, etc.
-100% remote work, with the delivery of tools to do your work.
-Schedule Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. initially, with the possibility of modification depending on the peak of calls.
-Income $580,000 liquid.

Minimum requirements
-At least 1 year of call center experience
-Have good communication with each of the clients, since during the call various questions arise regarding the benefits club.
-Be able to learn and internalize the information provided by the company so that, in doing so, it does not provide erroneous information to customers.
-Complete secondary education.",
