In TRANSVIP, we recognize a passenger and cargo transport company with more than 20 years of experience in management, fleet administration, reservation system, traffic and technology implementation in our operational processes, we find ourselves looking for an Executive Contact Center.

Objective of the position: Carry out work related to sales and customer service, ensuring the level of care and satisfaction of internal and external customers, contributing to the fulfillment of the company's objectives. Specialized in serving private and corporate customers in passenger and cargo business units.
Functions:
Advice to customers on topics related to: consultations and requests about transport services, tariffs, mobile location, reservation status, complaints, returns and promotions. In addition to supporting internal areas in management such as modification and cancellation of trips.
Carry out the sale of transport services through the different systems that the company has available for this purpose, received by telephone calls, via chat. Promote available self-management systems such as: website and App, applying sales strategies to meet the organization's commercial objectives and goals.
Answer and manage telephone calls, respond to emails and/or chat from Private Customers, Contract Customers, Providers and Internal Customers. delivering a timely response and following established quality protocols, with the aim of positively impacting channel satisfaction indicators.

Requirements:
Have experience in the Contact Center area.
Availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon and night).
Availability to work remotely.",
