Job Description
An important company in the industrial sector, specialized in gases and services, is looking for a Customer Service Agent (CSC) to join its team.
The objective of the position is to manage and analyze customer needs and requests, delivering timely responses within defined deadlines, maintaining high levels of satisfaction, trust and loyalty.
Main responsibilities
- Entry and management of sales requirements in the system (SAP).
- Reception of telephone requests, validation of commercial conditions and order tracking.
- Management of quotes and price queries according to client conditions.
- Review of stock and inventories to report availability or arrival dates.
- Management of claims and cases through internal systems.
- Making outbound calls to capture orders and recover abandoned calls.
- Creation and updating of clients in the system.
- Attention to digital channels such as WhatsApp and corporate emails.
- Advice to clients on products and services.
- Coordination of orders for installation and removal of equipment.
- Compliance with Safety, Quality and Integrity policies.
Conditions of the position
- Modality: Teleworking
- Day: 4x3 system with rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday
- Rotating shifts
Shifts Monday to Sunday (4x3):
- 08:00 to 18:30 hrs
- 2:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.
- 10:30 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Shifts Monday to Friday:
- 08:00 to 16:30 hrs
- 08:30 to 17:00 hrs
- 09:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- Net income: $815,000.
- Contract: Initially fixed-term 2 + 2 months, then indefinite
- Estimated start: May 2026
Requirements
- Medium or higher level technician in administrative, customer service or similar areas.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or call center positions.
- User level PC management.
- Ideal SAP management.
