Membership Recruitment Executive María Ayuda\nIf you want your work to have a real impact on the lives of boys, girls and adolescents, this opportunity is for you \nAt María Ayuda, we are looking for committed people, with business skills and a social vocation, to join our team as a Membership Recruitment Executive.\nWhat will be your mission?\nYou will be responsible for inviting new people and organizations to join as members of María Ayuda, generating monthly contributions that allow us to continue accompanying boys, girls and adolescents in vulnerable situations.\nWhat will you do in your day-to-day life?\nContact potential partners (calls, emails and/or field).\nCoordinate and hold meetings (in person or virtual).\nManage the process of incorporating new members.\nMaintain and update the donor database.\nManage readjustments of contributions and follow-up of payments.\nRecover inactive members or ex-members.\nResolve doubts from partners about their contributions.\nReport progress and results to your management.\nWhat are we looking for?\nComplete secondary education.\nExperience in sales (ideally 2 years).\nExperience in attracting clients or partners (at least 1 year).\nBasic use of Office tools.\n We especially value that you are:\nProactive and organized\nPersuasive and with good skills communication\nEmpathic and with a vocation for service\nWith ease in generating relationships and networks\n Conditions of the position\nWorkplace: Field Work\nArea: Commercial Management.\nModality: Full time.\nGross Income: $539,000 + commissions for production",
