5 Star Cleaning is a residential and commercial cleaning company, based in Dallas, Texas (USA), with more than 3 years of experience in the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area. Our clients trust us for our quality, punctuality and operational commitment.

We are in the expansion phase, strengthening our team with remote talent that is directly integrated into the daily operation of the business.

What we are looking for:
Bilingual professional (fluent English-Spanish), with verifiable experience in sales and customer service, ideally in call center or international service. We are looking for someone with character and natural leadership, capable of managing relationships with both clients and operational personnel in the field, with the authority to make firm decisions when required.

Responsibilities:

- Prospecting and closing new clients, including quotes
- Follow up on current and potential clients
- Real-time telephone support during all working hours
- Coordination and control of cleaning crews, with authority to direct personnel in the field
- Preparation of results reports (daily, weekly, biweekly and monthly)

Key requirement:
Full availability at fixed hours from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Texas time), Monday through Friday, with the ability to resolve under pressure and the ability to represent the company to clients in English at any time of the day.

Compensation:
Competitive base salary + commission for each new client acquired + additional commission for retaining active clients after 3-4 months.
