Account Executive “Specialist in Recycling of Electronic Components”

CDMX | Hybrid mode | Availability to travel to Lerma

We are seeking to integrate into our team an Account Executive with a technical-commercial focus, an expert in recycling electronic components, who has experience in B2B sales and knowledge of the environmental and technological sector.

Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Economic-Administrative areas, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronics, Environmental Management or similar.
What are we looking for in you?
•\ Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in:
o\ Electronic recycling (WEEE)
o\ Management of industrial or technological waste
o\ Environmental services, circular economy or sustainability
•\ Knowledge of the recycling process of electronic components (hardware, cards, IT equipment, technological assets).
•\ Knowledge of applicable environmental regulations is desirable (SEMARNAT, LGPGIR, traceability, manifests, certified destruction).
•\ CRM management and monitoring of commercial KPIs.
•\ Conversational English (desirable).
•\ High negotiation skills, technical-commercial analysis and results orientation.
•\ Availability to travel between CDMX and Lerma (preferably by car).

Activities to do
•\ Active prospecting of B2B clients (companies, corporates and industry).
•\ Advisory sale of recycling services and electronic waste management.
•\ Technical-commercial advice on processes of:
o\ Recycling of electronic components
o\ Final disposal and certified destruction
o\ Environmental compliance and traceability
•\ Reactivation and management of strategic accounts.
•\ Diagnóstico de necesidades del cliente y seguimiento de proyectos en coordinación con operaciones y logística.
•\ Direct negotiation with clients ensuring profitability margins.
•\ Preparation of quotes, contracts and complete monitoring in CRM.

Work modality: Residence: CDMX
Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
•\ 3 days Home Office
•\ 2 days in the countryside (CDMX or Lerma)
