Job Description

At Zupral, an agency focused on communication, marketing and operations, we are looking for an Account Executive with knowledge of advertising to manage and enhance various client accounts.

This person will be responsible for:
- Coordinate the needs of each client.
- Provide administrative support on projects of all kinds.
- Promote digital communication: optimization and administration of social networks, content planning (not design), collaboration with marketing strategies and attention to advertising requests
- Preparation of reports from different areas
- Preparation of all types of requested documents
- Coordination of tasks and equipment
- Analysis and optimization of the client's operation
- Potentially, learn to use software and tools specific to each client
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure compliance with deliverables and projects.
- Identify improvement opportunities for clients and propose solutions that add value

The objective is to ensure a comprehensive, efficient and high-impact service for our clients, strengthening the client relationship with Zupral.

Requirements:
- Training in Marketing, Advertising, Communication and/or Administration.
- Minimum 2 years experience in: account management, social media management, digital marketing or similar roles
- Advanced command of English (oral and written).

Social media management
Content planning
Metric analysis
Oral and written communication
Organization, multitasking and proactive problem solving skills.
Identification of improvements

Management of digital tools such as:
Google Workspace
Social media platforms
Project management tools

Schedule:
Monday to Friday
8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Puerto Rico time - 7AM to 4PM Colombia time)
Modality:
Remote work from home - Colombia
Base salary:
$3,500,000 COP + Health and pension benefits.
