Its main objective will be to attract new customers, build strategic relationships and ensure business continuity, contributing to the growth and positioning of the brand in the national market.\nMain functions:\nCommercial strategy:\nDevelop relationships with organizations and decision makers.\nPosition the company's value proposition in the national market and expand portfolio.\nDetect commercial opportunities, perform benchmarking and propose new products and services.\nSales B2B:\nManage the complete sales cycle: prospecting, needs assessment, diagnosis, budget, negotiation, closing and billing.\nFocus on attracting new customers through historical bases and generation of contact points (mailing, calls, visits, meetings).\nPrepare budgets in conjunction with Production within 72 hours, ensuring profitability.\nParticipate in meetings and strategic events with clients to strengthen the business relationship.\nMarketing and Positioning:\nDesign and execute marketing and corporate branding actions (newsletters, fairs, institutional material).\nUpdate and improve commercial communication, website and graphic pieces.\nManage and enhance social networks (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) with weekly content.\nAnalyze digital campaigns and propose improvements.\nOperational Management and Internal Coordination:\nArticulate the transfer of information from the sale to the operational team.\nRecord commercial activity in CRM, prepare reports and participate in internal meetings.\nPresent awarded events and plan financial requirements.\nSuppliers, Materials and Event Execution:\nManage strategic suppliers and optimize the use of available materials.\nIncorporate pre-production costs into budgets and prepare schedules).\nVerify logistics, services and materials 48 hours before each event.\nRequirements:\nAcademic training: career related to the area commercial, administration, communication, hospitality, tourism, marketing, commercial engineering or similar.\nMinimum experience of 10 years in B2B sales of intangible services.\nManagement of the complete cycle of consultative sales with high-level executives (Management, HR, Marketing, Communications, Management).\nExperience articulating the process from the commercial proposal to the comprehensive execution of the service or event.\nMastery of the complete cycle of consultative sales.\nSolid knowledge in assembly and analysis of budgets.\nManagement of billing, margins, costs and commercial KPIs.\nCommercial prospecting (inbound and outbound).\nNegotiation and closing of high-value deals.\nCommercial presentations and defense of proposals.\nWorking conditions:\nType of contract: Fixed term for 3 months, subsequent indefinite contract.\nModality: Remote, with availability for in-person meetings during the week.\nLocation: Metropolitan Region, Santiago.\nAvailability to travel.",
