Job Description
An important airline is looking for a professional for the Group and Series Executive position from Monday to Friday during office hours under the 100% teleworking modality.
Position objective: Ensure comprehensive and efficient management of reservations and services for groups, guaranteeing a fluid and frictionless experience for clients. The role seeks to manage requests, resolve concerns and coordinate all associated processes including quotes, issuance, reissues, exchanges, returns and payments, ensuring compliance with deadlines, operational precision and excellence in care. Likewise, you must manage traditional series, protecting itineraries against schedule changes and using tools such as SABER to maintain service continuity and maximize commercial opportunities.
Main functions:
\ Resolve customer concerns and complaints, offering appropriate solutions and alternatives within deadlines and following up to ensure resolution.
\ Managing group requests (individuals, companies and agencies) focused on increasing business and ensuring the client has a smooth and effortless process.
\ Schedule change queue management (Sabre) for protection of group passengers (notification and reissue, if necessary)
\ Management of traditional table series (from the creation of the reservation, uploading the series to the website, updates, changes or cancellations)
\ Management of traditional ADHOC series (from the creation of the reservation, uploading the series to the website, updates, changes or cancellations)
\ Negospace series management (from the creation of reservations via the nego space WEB, uploading series to the website, updates, changes or cancellations).
\ Return management (problem/delay resolution and partial return calculation).
\ Prepayment and total payment management (cash or card via Genesys).
\ Group Support + 10 passengers with the same origin and destination traveling together
\ Quote, evaluations and issuance of Groups.
\ Reissues due to changes in date/route and Group name.
Requirements to apply:
Complete secondary education, professional technician or related career.
Management and knowledge of the SABER system.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Experience of at least 1 year as an executive of groups and series in travel agencies or airlines.
Offer conditions
Work modality: 100% teleworking.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 a.m. to 6:45 p.m.
Workplace: Las Condes commune.
Contract to replace maternity leave with the possibility of extension.
Rent according to the market.
