We are looking for a Commercial Marketing Executive to join our team to execute and monitor the monthly digital and offline marketing operation.

The person will be responsible for generating content, creative pieces and campaign materials, using generative AI tools, as well as monitoring commercial strategies through the Odoo platform.

We are looking for someone creative, organized and with high technological adaptability, who can work with agile methodologies and focused on results.

Responsibilities

Adapt the annual strategy to a monthly tactical plan.

Develop content grids and campaign calendars.

Design digital pieces for social networks (posts, stories, banners).

Create graphic materials for commercial campaigns.

Make format adaptations per campaign.

Design printed materials (flyers, banners, POP).

Prepare files for printing according to the graphic line.

Support marketing activations when applicable.

Prepare monthly performance and results report.

Generate recommendations for improvement in campaigns.

Record tasks, progress and deliverables in Odoo.

Participate in weekly follow-up meetings.

Requirements

Mandatory

Advanced use of GPT or other generative AI tools.

Professional management of Canva.

Use of Filmora for video editing.

Desirable

Creating images with Midjourney or other similar tools.

Video creation with generative AI tools.

Skills

High technological adaptability.

Organization and autonomous management of time.

Clear communication and task tracking.

Ability to work under agile methodologies.

Technical requirements

Stable internet connection (minimum 30 Mbps).
