Job Description
We are looking for a Home Office Sales Executive to join the commercial area.
The selected person will be responsible for contacting prospects and clients, following up on leads generated by campaigns, preparing quotes, supporting commercial processes and providing timely continuity to sales opportunities until they are advanced or closed.
The position is 100% remote, full-time, and requires an individual with experience in sales, telemarketing, or business follow-up, ideally with exposure to the technology or IT sector.
Main functions
Contact prospects and clients by call, email and other digital means
Provide timely follow-up to leads generated by commercial and marketing campaigns
Break the barrier of first contact and detect real business opportunities
Prepare, send and track quotes
Provide continuous commercial monitoring until the opportunity progresses or closes
Support prospecting, portfolio monitoring and recovery of opportunities
Record activities, progress and status of prospects in CRM
Coordinate with commercial management for prioritization and monitoring of accounts
Provide professional, consultative and timely attention to potential clients
Work under established goals, indicators and business objectives

We are looking for a person with proven business skills, ease with words, power of persuasion and strong follow-up skills.
They must be someone who knows how to behave confidently in front of the client, generate trust from the beginning, handle objections, maintain order in their daily operations and work with a focus on results.
Requirements
Full-time availability, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with one hour for lunch
Minimum experience of 2 years in sales, telemarketing, commercial monitoring or customer service with a focus on closure
Experience in sales calls, prospect follow-up and opportunity development
Experience preparing quotes and providing commercial follow-up
Basic or intermediate management of CRM; It doesn't matter which one you used, but it does matter that you understand the trade tracking logic.
Desirable experience in the IT, technology, telecommunications, business services or B2B solutions sector
