We are looking for Sales Executives with proven experience in media monitoring and analysis, consultative commercial management and focus on business accounts. This position is ideal for profiles that have worked in communication agencies, strategic consultancies or media intelligence companies and wish to scale their career by selling high-value solutions for corporations. We want someone with a winning mentality, strategic capacity and consultative skills to close B2B deals.
Remote position, with preference for candidates located in:
Northern Region: Nuevo León.
Central Region: Puebla.
Western Region: Guadalajara.
EDUCATION REQUIRED
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Communication, Business Relations, Political Science, Business or similar.
EXPERIENCE
2 years in B2B sales, preferably in:
Media monitoring
PR or communication agencies
Intelligence or corporate reputation consulting
Knowledge of the media ecosystem in Mexico (traditional and digital media).
Management of CRM and commercial pipeline.
Ability to create and present executive business proposals.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Results orientation and commercial resilience.
DESIRABLE
Experience working with communications and marketing managers/directors.
Knowledge of technology, dashboards and data analysis.
Intermediate or advanced English (desirable, not essential).
POSITION FUNCTIONS
Develop and execute commercial strategies to attract new corporate clients.
Actively prospect, generate pipeline and promptly follow up on opportunities.
Make demos, presentations and value proposals for areas of Communication, PR, Marketing, Public Affairs and General Management.
Identify client needs and translate them into media monitoring, analysis and consulting solutions.
Manage negotiations, contracts and closing sales.
Maintain relationships with key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the analysis, technology and operations area to ensure deliverables and quality of service.
Generate between 3 and 5 qualified opportunities per month.
Close at least 2 monthly sales after the integration period.
Keep the CRM updated and with timely follow-up.
Monthly compliance with prospecting, demo and pipeline goals.
HOURS AND WORKING DAYS:
Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Saturday or Sunday depending on the needs of the area).
