An important Call Center Company located in Ñuñoa, invites you to apply for the position of Telephone Agent to join our team of executives.
We require committed agents, for Outbound services, for our customer service platforms.

Main functions:
•\ Customer Service.
•\ Service quality surveys.
•\ inbound and outbound
•\ Telemarketing
•\ Customer prospecting

Application Requirements:
•\ Not currently studying.
• \ Over 24 years of age.
•\ Good diction and modulation.
•\ Availability to telework, with the option of permanent teleworking depending on performance.
•\ Intermediate level PC management.
•\ Experience in telephone or administrative work is desirable.

With availability to work for:
•\ 44 hours per week
•\ Shifts are assigned in the following time ranges:
Monday to Friday 08:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
