Features:
Answer remote channels (WS-RRSS) + Executive phone
Resolve cases of product functionalities and technical incidents reported by customers

Requirements:
- Complete secondary, commercial or technical education
- More than 2 years of experience in customer service in financial institutions and/or financial retail (exclusive).
- Ability to follow instructions, teamwork and active listening
- Availability to carry out in-person training.
What we offer you:
- Full day, Saturday, Sunday and holidays.
- Rotating daytime hours from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Income: $42,000 liquid per day worked.
- Initial fixed-term contract of 1 month.
