Features
Manage and specify opportunities to attract, lease and/or sell real estate.
Develop and maintain a client portfolio, generating new business and closing operations.
Work with a country approach (Chile, Colombia or Venezuela) to adapt strategies and meet commercial objectives.
Analyze the local real estate market and stay up to date on trends and prices.
Work autonomously, managing priorities and pressure to achieve established goals.
Collaborate with internal teams and use digital tools for commercial management and opportunity tracking.
Required Profile
Proven experience in attracting, leasing and/or selling real estate, with a history of generating a client portfolio and closing deals. Solid knowledge of the local real estate market and ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication skills and results orientation. Immediate availability to join the team and work in Chile, Colombia or Venezuela (depending on assignment).
Desirable
Autonomy to manage processes and negotiation; proactivity and skills to work in dynamic environments; Customer orientation and advanced negotiation skills. Experience in B2B sales and CRM management to track opportunities will be an advantage.
