At Consultores de Empresas, we are looking for an Electrical BIM/VDC Coordinator!\nWe are seeking a professional with experience in BIM/VDC, electrical modeling, and construction project coordination to join a team working on highly complex commercial projects.\n Key Responsibilities\nInterpret and analyze construction documentation for electrical systems.\nDesign and model conduit systems according to design and constructability criteria.\nDevelop and manage LOD 400 electrical models in Revit.\nPerform clash detection and resolution using Navisworks and Revizto.\nCoordinate the electrical model with different disciplines and project teams.\nProduce sleeve drawings, embedded points, and coordinate shop drawings.\nEnsure model accuracy and compliance with applicable codes.\nResolve modeling issues and provide technical solutions.\nSupport field operations through remote coordination.\nOccasionally collaborate on mechanical/MEP and process piping modeling tasks.\n Requirements\nMinimum 3 years of experience in BIM/VDC and construction modeling.\nMinimum 3 years of experience in electrical project coordination.\nExperience in electrical trades / installations.\nRevit mandatory, with strong experience in detailed electrical modeling.\nExperience working with LOD 350400 electrical models.\nExperience interpreting construction documentation.\nKnowledge of Navisworks and/or Revizto.\nKnowledge of AutoCAD and BIM 360 is a plus.\nUnderstanding of MEP systems and their integration into modeling workflows.\nStrong problem-solving and coordination skills.\nGood communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in remote environments.\n Experience in the following projects is a plus:\nData Centers / critical infrastructure\nHealthcare facilities\nEducational institutions\nSemiconductor manufacturing plants\nCommercial and retail projects\n We are looking for someone who has:\n Excellent communication and strong remote work capability.\n A proactive and autonomous profile.\n Strong problem-solving orientation.\n Attention to detail and quality focus.\n Ability to work with minimal supervision.\n Interest in adopting new tools and industry practices.\n If you have experience in BIM/VDC and electrical modeling in Revit, we want to hear from you!\nConsultores de Empresas\nJoin us and take on new professional challenges.
