Rita del Lago (Carlos Paz) Unquillo Villa Allende Villa del Dique Villa Del Rosario Villa Dolores Villa Eucarística Villa General Belgrano .\n\nWhat will be your challenges?\n\n\n\ \n\ Commercial Management: Promote the sale of products and services to meet the branch's objectives.\n\ \n\ \n\ Team Leadership: Coordinate, motivate and develop staff, promoting a good work environment.\n\ \n\ \n\ Customer Service: Manage complaints and guarantee the satisfaction of both customers and suppliers.\n\ \n\ \n\ Branch Operations: Responsible for the opening and closing of the premises, ensuring proper functioning operational.\n\ \n\ \n\ Planning: Organization of tasks and schedules (diagramming) to ensure coverage and efficiency of the service.\n\ \n\n\nRequirements:\n\n\n\ \n\ Studies: Complete secondary school (Exclusive). Tertiary or university training is valued.\n\ \n\ \n\ Experience: Minimum of 2 to 3 years in similar positions (Exclusive).\n\ \n\ \n\ Leadership: Verifiable experience in coordinating work teams (Exclusive).\n\ \n\ \n\ Assessed areas: Experience in Retail, Gastronomy, Hotels or Tourism.\n\ \n\ \n\ Tools: Mastery of Office Package.\n\ \n\ \n\ Availability: Full Time to work rotating and discontinuous (short) schedules, including weekends.\n\ \n\n\nAre you joining?
