Job Description

Position Objective:
Provide support and education services to patients enrolled in the support program so that they have all the correct information to access their treatment and adhere to it.

- Will execute, control and apply corrective measures of activities in the Patient Support and Education Program, aimed at users of pharmaceutical products marketed by the pharmaceutical company client of LMT Conexus Group.

- Will control the access and management of patients referred through the patient support program that has been designed by the pharmaceutical company, a client of LMT Conexus Group.

- Will ensure compliance with the principles, duties and obligations established by LMT Conexus Group for patient care and medical visits, as well as the adoption of indicators and standards to establish the expected quality parameters in their care processes.

- It will guarantee coverage of patient support and education services, through its professional services.

-Ensure that work equipment (mobile devices) are kept safe and in good use for the development of operational tasks. Likewise, that the inventory of educational materials and kits for patients be kept safe, when applicable.

- Will ensure the correct use of the software, a platform used for the registration and management of all activities related to comprehensive patient care.

- Be present at a monthly meeting by video conference (or more frequent if necessary, as determined by mutual agreement between the parties) with the representative of LMT Conexus Group, to review the execution of the service.

- Provide monthly follow-up through appointments to patients regarding their treatment in accordance with the guidelines of the Patient Support Program.

- Accompaniment and supervision of treatment application for patients.
Educational and follow-up visits to meet specific patient needs, for example, enrollment, follow-up, monitoring, application assistance, treatment and pathology education, etc.

- It will provide information on the administrative procedures for access to the pharmaceutical company's medicine according to the flow established by country, always complying with the legislation that applies to each market.

- Make visits to doctors to present the services and benefits of the program to patients, doctors defined in conjunction with the pharmaceutical company, accompanied by their sales representatives if necessary.

- Share the status of patients enrolled in the PSP with their doctors.

Mandatory Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (nursing assistants or technicians are not considered)
- Incorporation into the respective professional association.
- Have your own vehicle (for this job it is required to have your own vehicle due to the functions to be performed)",
